Scope for Nature Photography Competition 

There’s an Olivon scope on offer for the winner of an online competition promoted to nature enthusiasts this summer.  Worth over £300, the powerful, high quality Olivon T90 could be just the instrument a budding digiscoper needs to start photographing natural history subjects at really close quarters. 
Hosted by DigiscopeDiary.co.uk, the competition is sponsored by the UK distributors of Olivon products, Optical Hardware Ltd.  To enter, all you need do is email a photo of wildlife, flowers, a landscape or any other subject that captures the theme of nature during British summer time. It can be taken with any digital camera - there’s no need for it to be a digiscope shot, or even a close-up.
The Olivon T90 scope, offered for the winner, provides a versatile range of magnification, from 23x to 68x, with a bright sharp image due to the large diameter 90mm multi-coated objective lens.  Using BAK-4 prisms, waterproofed and nitrogen filled, it’s an ideal scope for both photography and observation purposes.
DigiscopeDiary.co.uk attracts thousands of visitors and was established by amateur naturalist, Rob Wilton, who spends much of his leisure time digiscoping in the Midlands and North Wales.  Self taught and learning through his mistakes, he is very enthusiastic about Olivon products, which have suited his needs as his expertise has grown.  The website is non-commercial and provides an opportunity for him to share his experiences with newcomers to the hobby, showcase digiscope images and provide a forum where digiscopers can help each other through technical and natural history discussions.
